The best bits of Polegate

Back to London this morning for work, hate how quickly the weekends go. Here is my review of Polegate and the sort of things you can find.

We got there about 7.30am which is a good time as then most of the stalls have had time to set up and had a coffee (meaning there not grouchy when you come rummaging through their stalls) Apart from it being very cold the sunshine helped and was very busy both sellers and buyers.

At this boot fair you really need to dig deep to find your treasures as they aren't always obvious to see. One of the main things they sell are vintage LP's which once going through boxes after boxes (as my boyfriend did) you can come across some great classics, we once found Michael Jackson Thriller for £2. They also had a lot of second hand dvds, unusual looking tools and baby clothes and toys. But there are also some great treasures to be found if your willing to look which is where the fun is! On previous visits I have found vintage clutches, gorgeous jewellery, unique mirrors and have picked up some great second hand and vintage clothing.

I give this car boot sale a 7 out of 10 and will always be returning as new people sell there all time, and is one that is close to my home town.

Look out for what car boot sale I will be going to this weekend, this time it's in London.
